ICFix was not started as a business.

In a world where people spend years on degrees without income, one truth stood out clearly - a single technical skill can change a person’s life faster than any certificate. During the early days, the electronics repair industry was completely unstructured. No proper training systems. No standard learning path. Most technicians learned through trial and error - often damaging devices and losing customer trust. At the same time, thousands of young people remained unemployed, even after completing formal education.

This gap was obvious.

There was skill demand in the market. There were people ready to work. But there was no bridge between the two. ICFix was built to become that bridge. Starting with limited resources, minimal tools, and zero brand trust, the journey was not easy. Convincing customers, building credibility, and mastering advanced chip-level repairs required years of persistence. But one thing became clear over time:

Abdul Hameed A.

Founder, ICFix

Abdul Hameed A. is an entrepreneur, technical educator and industry professional with over 20 years of experience in electronic technical skill development, including 7 years of international experience in Singapore's semiconductor industry.

His professional journey began in Singapore's semiconductor industry, where he gained experience within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, including exposure to wafer production, precision-driven processes, quality standards and advanced manufacturing practices.

His industry experience included exposure to technology and semiconductor ecosystems associated with global companies such as:
