Training Courses – No Refund Policy

All course fees paid to ICFix are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Once a student enrolls and training has started, no refund, cancellation, or course transfer will be allowed.

This policy applies to all courses including Mobile, Android IC, iPhone, Laptop, MacBook, CCTV, and other technical training programs.
Course Cancellation by Student

If a student chooses to discontinue the course after enrollment, no refund will be provided for any unused sessions.

Missed classes due to personal reasons are not eligible for compensation or refund.
Course Cancellation by ICFix

In rare cases where ICFix cancels a course or batch due to unavoidable reasons, students will be offered:

An alternative batch, or
-
A refund for the unused portion, at the sole discretion of ICFix.

Repair Services – No Return Policy

Repaired devices, spare parts, or components are not eligible for return or refund once service is completed.

Repair charges are based on diagnostics, labor, and parts used, and are non-refundable.
Advance Payments

Any advance or booking amount paid for training or services is non-refundable.
Exceptions

Refunds, if any, will be considered only at the sole discretion of ICFix management and must be approved in writing.
