At ICFix, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our training programs and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course or availing services.

Training Courses – No Refund Policy

• All course fees paid to ICFix are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Once a student enrolls and training has started, no refund, cancellation, or course transfer will be allowed.

• This policy applies to all courses including Mobile, Android IC, iPhone, Laptop, MacBook, CCTV, and other technical training programs.

Course Cancellation by Student

• If a student chooses to discontinue the course after enrollment, no refund will be provided for any unused sessions.

• Missed classes due to personal reasons are not eligible for compensation or refund.

Course Cancellation by ICFix

• In rare cases where ICFix cancels a course or batch due to unavoidable reasons, students will be offered:

  • An alternative batch, or

  • A refund for the unused portion, at the sole discretion of ICFix.

Repair Services – No Return Policy

• Repaired devices, spare parts, or components are not eligible for return or refund once service is completed.

• Repair charges are based on diagnostics, labor, and parts used, and are non-refundable.

Advance Payments

• Any advance or booking amount paid for training or services is non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Refunds, if any, will be considered only at the sole discretion of ICFix management and must be approved in writing.

Policy Updates

• ICFix reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page.
