Shipping & Delivery Policy
At ICFix Academy, we ensure that all physical materials—such as toolkits, course books,certificates, or merchandise—are delivered to our students and partners in a timely andprofessional manner
1. Order Processing
- All orders (toolkits, course materials, merchandise, or certificates) are processed within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Students will receive an SMS or WhatsApp or email notification once the item is packed and ready for dispatch.
2. Shipping Partners
- We work with trusted courier services like India Post, Professional Courier, DTDC,Delhivery, Blue Dart and other reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery
- Courier selection is based on your delivery location and the type of shipment.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Tamil Nadu : 2 – 5 working days
- Other parts of India: 5 –10 working days
- Remote areas: 7 –10 working days
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on courier performance, weather conditions, and public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available for eligible full-payment enrollments and promotional offers.
- For other material dispatches, shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned during checkout or invoice.
5. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your shipment is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and link via SMS or email or WhatsApp
- You can track your shipment status anytime using the provided tracking link.
6. Certificate Dispatch
- Hard copy certificates will be dispatched within 7–10 days of course completion,subject to all formalities being fulfilled.
- Soft copy certificates will be shared via email first; hard copies follow if requested or included in the course package.
7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
- Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability at the time of delivery, re-shipping charges will apply
8. Damage or Loss in Transit
- If your materials are damaged or lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
- Share a photo (for damage) or tracking number (for delay/loss), and our support team will assist with a free replacement (where applicable).
