Why is my call recorder not recording calls?

There are 6 potential explanations:

1. Your phone is running a different recorder, preventing Mobile Tracker Free from operating. Android only permits one writer to be active at a time, thus you MUST first uninstall ALL other recorders in order for Mobile Tracker Free to record calls successfully. Hence ICFix Service provides Mobile chip-level repairing courses in
Chennai.

2. You are running a “voice assistant” app, which takes up the microphone and prevents Mobile Tracker Free from operating by continuously recording sound from the
microphone to detect your “speech command.” Disable the voice assistant app.

The most common voice assistant on Android phones is the “OK Google” app; therefore, turn off the following settings on your device:

● Disable the “Settings > Google > Search > Voice > OK Google detection > From any screen” option on some smartphones.

● In some phones, disable the “Settings > Google > Search > Voice > OK Google detection > Say Ok Google any time” option.

● Disable the “Settings > Google > Search > Voice > Voice Match > Say OK Google any time” option on some smartphones.

● The “Settings > Google > Search > Voice > Voice Match > Unlock with Voice Match” option can be disabled on some phones.

● Please check the “Bixby” app as well if you have a Samsung smartphone; it is Samsung’s own voice assistant, and you should turn it off.

● If you have a Moto phone, you need also to check the “Moto Voice” app, which is Motorola’s own voice assistant, and turn it off.

● Check the “HiVoice” app as well if you have a Huawei smartphone; it is Huawei’s own voice assistant, and you should turn it off.

Disable the “HiVoice” app in some Huawei phones by doing the following:

● Confirm that “com. Huawei. assistant” is listed under the package name in the “Settings > Apps > HiVoice” screen.

● Then select “Force Stop.”

● Disable the “Dialler > Settings > Quick Calling” feature on some Huawei smartphones.

● Disable the “Contacts > Settings > Fast Calling” feature on some Huawei phones.

● Disable the “Settings > Smart Assistance > Voice Control” option on some Huawei phones.

● Disable the “Settings > Apps > System Apps > Voice Dialer” feature on some Huawei smartphones.

● Read your user manual if necessary as it may be in a different place on some Huawei phones.

● If you have another phone, check to see if the maker has installed their own voice assistant.

3. On some phone models, the application may in rare circumstances not record voice calls. Their hardware and software features diverge from Android requirements as a result.

4. If your phone supports the Wi-Fi call capability, please turn it off because only regular calls can be recorded and Wi-Fi calls cannot.

5. The recording might not be available if you’re wearing Bluetooth headphones.

6. You can try to record using the speaker if your phone has an Android version >= 9, but the quality will be very poor or nonexistent.
